We are looking for a COO / Growth Operator - a rare, high-calibre operator who can both execute at a specialist level and zoom out to lead the business strategically. This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage departments (Sales, Marketing, Client-Success etc.), but truly understands how to do the work themselves. We believe the best leaders are built through hands-on mastery, not surface-level “book smart” knowledge from courses or YouTube. You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, driving company growth, building systems and SOPs, and holding teams accountable to KPIs as we scale. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to ensure executional excellence across marketing, product, sales, and coaching. This role is designed for someone who can step into any department if needed, whether that be stepping in as a Head of Product, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, or another leadership role as the company grows, you will have the versatility and wide picture view to step in and optimise any department required. This is not a passive oversight role. This is for a true operator who leads by doing, sets the standard, and multiplies output across the organization.
