Role Overview The Chief Operating Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder/CEO and will lead the day-to-day operations of Exact Billing Solutions across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Technology Integration, Client Management, HR/People, and organizational performance. The COO must be able to operate at scale, execute with precision, and bring a blend of operational rigor, strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and cultural stewardship. This role will be responsible for transforming EBS into a national leader in AI-enabled medical billing and ensuring operational excellence across all departments while maintaining the company’s deep commitment to people and culture.
