About The Position

Allen AI is all in on helping beginner entrepreneurs and online content creators succeed in the digital economy. We are building the #1 AI tool + link-in-bio platform for creators on Instagram and TikTok. Our mission is to help ordinary people create extraordinary online businesses. We plan on doing that by becoming the one-stop, all-in creator software that helps users find the most viral content online, write viral content in their own voice using AI, and auto-generate a full link-in-bio store website customized using AI by scanning their social profile. The result is a software experience that is simpler, cleaner, and more elegant than anything else on the market, built by creators, for creators. Requirements

  • Experience scaling a start-up from <$1M ARR to $10M+.
  • Zero ego; not trying to be a public-facing CEO.
  • Strong skills in building systems, hiring teams, fixing operations, and holding people accountable.
  • Ability to think in metrics, dashboards, and deliverables.
  • Enjoy executing at speed and cleaning up chaos.
  • Experience in a SaaS company or as a generalist who knows how to run a lean team across product, ops, support, and GTM.
  • Comfortable working with high performers who operate at a fast pace.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the creator economy, especially in B2C, DTC SaaS, or social-media-focused tech.
  • Experience building or scaling tools for Instagram/TikTok creators, course sellers, influencers, or coaches.
  • Understanding of viral content, affiliate ecosystems, and creator-led growth loops.
  • Genuine care for helping everyday 9–5ers and beginner entrepreneurs succeed.
  • Product owner or product manager experience.
  • Experience building customer support, onboarding, and/or affiliate systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Run the business day-to-day. Manage team, meetings, KPIs, and execution across departments.
  • Be the product owner working closely with our lead dev. Prioritize features, gather user feedback, and ship updates.
  • Hold people accountable. Build hiring systems. Fire fast, promote fast. Build a world-class team under you.
  • Create SOPs, checklists, reporting dashboards, automations - build the machine that scales.
  • Extract feedback from users and turn it into roadmap actions.
  • Coordinate initiatives for user onboarding, user retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Build and lead the affiliate marketing engine for Allen AI.
