About The Position
The Chief of Staff (COS) at the National Council on Aging (NCOA) is a strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves setting the organizational framework for communication and collaboration, ensuring the CEO's vision is implemented, and supporting long-term planning and growth.
