About The Position
The Chief of Staff at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving company-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. This role involves leading critical processes, managing communications, and translating leadership vision into actionable plans while fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in scaling the Co-Active movement and deepening community engagement across the network.
