About The Position

The Chief of Staff at CTI serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving company-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. This role involves leading critical processes, managing communications, and translating leadership vision into actionable plans while fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in scaling the Co-Active movement and enhancing community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Run Executive Team meetings, Management Team meetings, and All Staff calls, including compiling agendas.
  • Lead the annual strategy process with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to define key priorities and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary support between the CEO and Board, fulfilling the role of Secretary of the board.
  • Attend all board meetings to take minutes and liaise with the Executive Assistant on administrative tasks.
  • Conduct market analysis and research on strategic initiatives and emerging trends in the coaching industry.
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives, serving as a project manager for strategic company-wide initiatives.
  • Act as CEO representative in high-level meetings and own CEO communications, strategy, and writing for all messages.
  • Assist in preparing the CEO for important meetings, presentations, and external engagements by providing detailed briefs and materials.
  • Own and manage the production of all staff calls and management team calls, ensuring they are organized and impactful.
  • Implement tools to create transparency and ease for key projects.
  • Run the prioritization process and ensure seamless execution of company priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end OKR process ensuring alignment between company goals and team performance.
  • Assist the CEO in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and clients.
  • Coordinate high-profile meetings and events, ensuring the CEO and leadership team are well-prepared.
