As Osborne Association enters its next strategic phase, it seeks a Chief of Staff to further the mission by driving key functions and projects in support of Osborne's critical work. The Chief of Staff will directly report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. Working across all departments within the organization, the Chief of Staff will provide thought and project leadership on an array of evolving projects. The Chief of Staff will support collaboration and communication across the organizations and serve as a connection between senior and executive leadership, staff, and internal and external stakeholders. They will also provide governance capacity and support for Osborne's Board of Directors. The Chief of Staff will serve as a proxy for the Chief Executive Officer as needed, and will bring their excellent judgment, high emotional intelligence, strong project management, and thoughtful engagement skills to the team. The Chief of Staff position will be based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (approximately 3 days per week at project sites and/or in the Brooklyn headquarters) and requires some travel to Osborne's project sites as well as in person time with peers, executives, and stakeholders. Minimal evening or weekend work may be required to attend events such as board meetings, fundraisers, and stakeholder meetings on behalf of the organization.
