The role requires a motivated and adaptable individual to support the Global Vice President of Quality as Chief of Staff to act as an analyst, project manager and communicator. The Chief of Staff oversees and manages a broad agenda in supporting projects and initiatives at a high level and to high standards. The person in this position will provide comprehensive research, project management, process improvement and administrative coordination to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day functioning of the Global VP of Quality. This position requires an eagerness to learn, creative problem solving, and a strong business acumen. The Chief of Staff role encompasses five primary accountabilities: preparation for and facilitation of critical Quality Leadership meetings; coordination/orchestration of projects or commitments directly involving the Quality executive and his direct reports; independent leadership of special Quality initiated projects; development of key communication and research on behalf of the Quality VP and proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful achievement of organizational goals.
