We’re growing fast on the back of an evolving strategy and disruption of the traditional consulting model, transitioning to an AI-native platform, and moving quickly to capture a $500B (and growing) market. Every company is looking for a new solution, and we have it. As we lean into that strategy, we’re driving several high-priority initiatives that are core to accelerating the company’s growth and positioning. We’re bringing on a Chief of Staff to help drive execution across our most important work and operate at the intersection of the CEO’s priorities and the organization’s execution. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions are made, operate at the highest level of a fast-moving company, and leave a visible mark on outcomes. You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, see across every function, and be trusted to act with the CEO’s authority in a wide range of situations.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years experience, which must include management consulting and may also include strategy, operations, or prior Chief of Staff roles
  • Has operated in a fast-paced environment and worked with and influenced senior stakeholders
  • Experience owning cross-functional programs or initiatives end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and strong interest in building deep AI expertise and applying it across every dimension of the role
  • Experience using AI and incorporating it into how you work, with real eagerness for continuously understanding best practices and how you can leverage it further
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. Writes at a high level and consistently raises the quality of others’ communications
  • Strong operating instincts. Knows how to get things done across an organization without formal authority
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships and operate with honesty and integrity
  • High judgment and discretion. Handles sensitive information and navigates political dynamics with maturity
  • Systems thinker. Sees the whole picture, identifies leverage points, builds processes that stick rather than one-off fixes
  • Highly organized without being rigid. Can hold many moving parts without losing sight of what actually matters
  • Comfortable operating from a customer-first perspective and working iteratively as the strategy evolves
  • Detail oriented. Gets the small things right and doesn’t let them fall through the cracks
  • Willing to push back at any level of the organization. Focused on what’s right, not what’s easy

Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution of Strategic Initiatives
  • Own the agenda, preparation, and follow-through for key initiative meetings, ensuring clear owners, decisions, timelines, follow-up action items, and accountability come out of every meeting
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across execution of the strategy; ensure involvement of the right stakeholders and surface and ensure resolution of dependencies and blockersTrack commitments made at the leadership level and proactively follow up and ensure accountability; flag what’s at risk early before it becomes a problem so we can exceed our goals
  • Run the Strategic Operating and Planning Cadence
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to design and drive quarterly, bi-annual, and annual planning processes
  • Own the execution of key cross-functional leadership meetings and updates — ensuring the right data, analysis, and pre-reads are in place and circulated in a timely manner to drive honest and open discussion and real decision-making, not just status reporting
  • Continuously improve the operating rhythm of the leadership team so meetings are disciplined, follow-through is consistent, and the team operates with both thoughtful planning and urgency in execution
  • Drive Company-wide Strategic Alignment
  • Partner with the CEO on all-hands presentations and company-wide updates, focusing on the articulation of strategic priorities and goals, from first draft through delivery
  • Review and refine leadership team communications regarding major strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and strategy, and to drive clear and thoughtful prioritization.
  • Bridge information gaps between functions and levels of the organization specifically in regard to progress against goals, ensuring the right people understand the “why” behind strategic decisions
  • Support Board Engagement
  • Partner with the CEO to prepare for board meetings, coordinating across leadership for materials, ensuring narrative consistency, and managing the end-to-end board prep process
  • Own the logistics and communication cadence around board and investor interactions
  • Prepare briefing materials and pre-reads that reflect the CEO’s priorities and point of view accurately
  • Own Strategic Projects
  • Personally lead specific high-priority projects in support of the company’s strategy and objectives, from scoping through completion
  • Work directly with leadership team members to drive execution, resolve blockers, and deliver outcomes
  • Take on a rotating portfolio of work as the company’s priorities evolve
  • Provide CEO Leverage
  • Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings, board interactions, and external conversations
  • Attend meetings as the CEO’s proxy where appropriate; represent the CEO’s point of view accurately and credibly
  • Systematically identify and absorb work that doesn’t require CEO-level involvement — expanding the pace and scope of what the CEO can accomplish
