About The Position
Atomic Machines is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO in driving high-impact priorities, aligning leadership, and scaling the company. As the CEO's right hand, you will synthesize key information, structure initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across engineering, operations, sales, and business functions. Operating at a Director of Engineering level, you will help accelerate strategic execution, P&L management, and market growth as we bring groundbreaking micromanufacturing innovations to market.
