Anna (our President) is looking for a Chief of Staff who will play a huge role in making this next phase a success.

  • Ensure our executive and leadership teams are working together effectively and efficiently, with our values driving our decisions.
  • Act as a superb thought partner and executor for Anna, anticipating needs and providing real feedback.
  • Move complex, highly cross-functional, or ambiguous projects forward to results with clarity and speed.
  • Strengthen and enhance the effectiveness of teammates.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture that improves over time.
  • 8–12+ years of senior-level operating experience in high-growth or scaled environments.
  • Proven cross-functional execution with measurable results.
  • Financial fluency, comfortable reading a P&L and anticipating business implications of strategic decisions.
  • Superpower in building trust with colleagues.
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Lower ego and a genuine desire for feedback.
  • Creative and enjoys planning gatherings.
  • Good judgment on complex decision-making.
  • Comfortable discussing both macro and micro issues.
  • Knowledgeable and excited about AI tools and workflows.
  • Energized by real-time debates and discussions.
  • Annual base compensation range of $200,000 to $230,000.
  • Annual 15% bonus eligibility.
