This role serves as a trusted advisor, cross-functional integrator, and transformational leader who ensures the legal department delivers measurable impact aligned with business priorities. The Chief of Staff will lead strategic planning and change management efforts while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
