Role Overview As Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), you will be the CAO’s strategic partner—driving operational excellence across HR, Legal, Strategic Procurement, Workplace, Internal Events and Talent Enablement. You’ll streamline high-impact initiatives, optimize our operating rhythm, and ensure the CAO can focus on shaping policies and programs that empower our people and protect our organization. Who You Are Strategic Partner to the CAO: Trusted confidant and advisor to the CAO - helping think through complex strategic and personnel decisions and make tough choices and ensure they are executed upon. Ability to disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of the CAO to internal and external stakeholders. History of taking control of day-to-day operations and processes to create more time for the CAO to focus on strategic business needs. Strategic thinker, excellent problem solver, and first-class communicator. Excellent Operator: Ability to lead and drive timely execution of business-critical and cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Seamlessly break down large and complex concepts into actionable tasks and steps. Experience setting an operational cadence to promote alignment and knowledge-sharing across the company. Clear Communicator: Track record of effectively communicating, influencing and driving alignment across multiple functions. High EQ with the ability to identify the needs of the team and build strong relationships among internal and external stakeholders, and promote a culture of trust and transparency.
