We need someone who can translate strategy into action, cut through organizational friction, and make sure the things that matter actually get done. This role touches everything. You'll work across every function, sit in on the conversations that shape where we're going, and own outcomes that directly impact our trajectory. It's high-intensity, high-stakes, and probably the fastest way to learn what it actually takes to scale a company. San Francisco–based. 1–3 days in person. This is not a 40-hour-a-week job. The pace is demanding, the learning curve is steep, and the work carries outsized impact.
