About The Position
Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive support to the President and lead key initiatives across the organization. A successful candidate for this role will be a sophisticated project manager with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support decision-making, facilitate change management processes and ensure information flow across various internal and external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the President, managing complex projects, organizing high-level meetings, and ensuring that organizational priorities are executed efficiently and effectively. This position will act as a liaison to clinical departments and corporate functions across the BMC Health System, in a way that fosters collaboration, advances strategic planning/implementation, and promotes alignment of activities with BMC's mission and vision.
