The Chief of Staff to the Founder/CTO at Cyera is the critical link between Tamar, our customers, R&D, and GTM. In this role, you’ll gain an unparalleled vantage point at one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies, acting as Tamar’s primary point of leverage to multiply his impact. This is not an administrative role—it is highly service-oriented and designed to maximize Tamar’s throughput. You’ll ensure he is fully prepared for all external engagements, lead cross-functional projects spanning R&D and customer initiatives, and enable him to dedicate as much time as possible to customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in consulting, product, finance, venture, or operating roles at high-growth technology companies.
  • Undergrad / MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Proven history of thriving in a demanding / fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • High EQ and strong relationship-building skills across executives, engineers, and customers.
  • Relentless ownership mindset and ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and service orientation.
  • Desire to travel 30-60% of the time.
  • NYC-based.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Tamar’s primary point of leverage, ensuring he is thoroughly prepared for external and internal engagements with customers, investors, and partners.
  • Prepare for & attend Customer engagements across key customer & prospects by working closely with the account teams, attending forecast calls, and intimately knowing the business and its customer base.
  • Own and execute cross-functional projects that bridge R&D, customers, and go-to-market teams.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively clear roadblocks, allowing Tamar to spend the majority of his time with customers and on product vision.
  • Distill complex information into crisp, actionable insights and briefings for Tamar.
  • Manage follow-through on commitments and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Represent Tamar in select meetings, capturing decisions and driving execution.
  • Support customer-facing work, ensuring world-class experiences in every interaction with Cyera.
  • Serve as a thought partner, sounding board, and first-principles problem solver on challenges big and small.
