The Chief of Staff to the CMO plays a critical leadership role driving operational rigor, strategic focus, and cross-functional alignment across the global marketing organization. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role acts as a strategic thought partner and operational leader to help scale marketing’s impact on growth, customer value, and enterprise valuation. This highly visible position orchestrates marketing planning cycles, ensures organizational effectiveness, leads change management efforts, and advances strategic initiatives in collaboration with peers across Sales, Finance, Product, and the CEO’s office. The ideal candidate is a natural operator and strategic influencer—equally comfortable managing annual marketing planning cycles, helping the CMO to optimize budgets, and surfacing new levers for go-to-market performance.
