About The Position
The Chief of Staff will report into the EVP, Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer of the organization, while directly working with, and supporting the President and CEO. In this role, while supporting the President and CEO, they will engage and work with the Managing Committee and Senior Leadership Group (top ~200) as a strategic partner to drive key strategic and operational initiatives, in alignment with the CEO's vision and priorities. This will include maintaining a wholistic view of the bank's operation, while driving the execution of tasks, initiatives and priorities with great attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Managing Committee, with a bias for accountability and action, paired with a strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, and with an innate ability to focus on details and execution without losing sight of the broader business strategy.
