The Chief of Staff for the CEO plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and supporting the CEO in various strategic and operational tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the CEO can focus on high-level strategic decisions while the Chief of Staff handles the day-to-day operations and coordination. You will focus on:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field required.
  • 10+ years in a similar role, preferably in a high-level administrative or strategic position.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s goals.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring efficient communication and information flow.
  • Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, planning travel, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Advisory Role: Provide recommendations and consultation to department leaders to improve teamwork and operational efficiency.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Representation: Represent the CEO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Draft letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
