About The Position

The Chief of Staff, Technology Programs will bring excellence, rigor, and executional strength to XiFin’s most critical cross-functional technology initiatives. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead programs that span engineering, product, operations, security, and customer-facing teams—ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-quality delivery across complex, multi-year workstreams.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills across diverse technical and business audiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT, Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale programs or transformations
  • Deep program and portfolio management expertise
  • Strong technical acumen in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Experience working with engineering, product, and architecture teams
  • Expertise with enterprise program management and agile delivery tools
  • Experience implementing governance structures and KPI frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale cross-functional programs
  • Drive operational rigor and establish repeatable program management frameworks
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to guide complex initiatives
  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives across modernization and platform evolution
  • Introduce best-in-class program management tools and governance standards
  • Facilitate executive-level decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Partner with cross functional project and program managers to drive execution
  • Own the program management execution process
  • Establish and manage program dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
