About The Position

About Personal Systems HP Personal Systems operates at global scale, spanning hundreds of millions of devices across commercial, consumer, and gaming segments. We sit at the intersection of silicon, software, and ecosystem, and are defining how AI reshapes the role of the PC in both work and personal computing. The Personal Systems Engineering organization builds the full stack platform behind HP devices, from firmware and system architecture to OS integration and AI driven experiences. The engineering mandate is to evolve from a device oriented model to a system platform that delivers integrated, continuously improving experiences across the portfolio. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to function as the trusted operating partner of the SVP and help re architect a global computing platform to shape how AI PCs are designed, built, and operated over the next decade. You will own the operating cadence, drive strategic planning processes, and lead cross-functional programs.
