The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer, supporting strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives and transformation. This role is the glue of the marketing org —the central force that aligns our go-to-market strategy across product lines and motions, optimizes our marketing investments, and ensures we're delivering consistent, high-quality work that advances both our brand and business goals. We're looking for a T-shaped marketer who thrives at the intersection of broad marketing knowledge and deep operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a background in management consulting and GTM operations, necessary to build the systems, rhythms, and frameworks to build and scale a high-performing global marketing team.
