LogicMonitor is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff, GTM & Field Operations to help drive and operationalize our global go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Global VP, Business Operations & Strategy, this role works in close partnership with the President of Field Operations and GTM leadership to drive strategic initiatives, operating rigor, and cross-functional alignment across the revenue organization. You will act as a connective layer across GTM leadership, Finance, and Business Operations—ensuring priorities are clear, execution is on track, and outcomes are delivered. This role plays a critical part in shaping executive narratives, enabling high-quality decision-making, and supporting ELT and Board-level engagement. This is a high-visibility role for a structured, analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity, influences without authority, and consistently delivers results. Here's a closer look at this key role: Strategic Leadership & GTM Alignment Partner with the President of Field Operations, GTM leadership, Finance, and Business Operations to define and drive key GTM strategic initiatives Translate strategy into clear operating plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Ensure alignment between GTM strategy, financial plans, and operational execution Chief of Staff to President of Field Operations Serve as a strategic and operational extension of the President of Field Operations Drive focus, alignment, and accountability across top GTM priorities Manage executive operating cadence, including QBRs, MBRs, annual planning, and strategic offsites Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring timely decision-making and execution Executive & Board Engagement (GTM) Own end-to-end preparation of all GTM-related ELT and Board materials Partner with Finance and Business Operations to align performance, financials, and strategic messaging Synthesize complex data into clear, concise executive narratives and recommendations Ensure consistency and quality of GTM reporting across all executive forums Strategic Program Execution Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance Establish governance, success metrics, and accountability frameworks Drive execution from problem definition through implementation and measurable impact Operational Rigor & Performance Management Define and operationalize GTM KPIs in partnership with RevOps and Finance Build tracking frameworks to measure performance, ROI, and initiative impact Drive consistent operating rhythms and a culture of accountability across the GTM organization AI & GTM Transformation Champion the integration of AI into GTM workflows, analytics, and decision-making Identify opportunities to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement Partner cross-functionally to pilot and scale AI-driven initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Corporate Planning
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives and engaging with ELT and Board-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking; able to bring clarity to ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in executive and Board-level storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • AI-forward mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the President of Field Operations, GTM leadership, Finance, and Business Operations to define and drive key GTM strategic initiatives
