Gross Labs was created to bring those two worlds together: institutional rigor + creative culture. This role works directly alongside Nick as a strategic partner in building and operating the entire platform. The Opportunity This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. This is a Chief of Staff–level partner who helps run a fast-moving, multi-company ecosystem. You will sit at the center of: • investment decisions • operating strategy • new ventures • partnerships • and day-to-day execution You’ll help translate vision into action and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
