The Chief of Staff to the CRO is a critical force multiplier across the Revenue organization. This role exists to amplify the impact of the CRO by ensuring strategy turns into execution, priorities stay focused, and the operating rhythm of the Sales leadership org runs with discipline, urgency, and clarity. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication—managing the engine of the CRO’s office while connecting dots across a fast-growing business. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who can see around corners, drive outcomes without authority, and bring structure to complexity. Part strategist, part operator, part project quarterback—and 100% accountable for impact.
