About The Position
New Relic is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff (CoS) to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive leadership team. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving hyper-growth, innovation, and organizational excellence. As Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to our CEO, helping to sharpen strategic vision, accelerate decision-making and execution, drive transparency and accountability, and ensure the entire leadership team is aligned and operating at its highest potential. You will play a critical role in orchestrating New Relic's operating rhythms, translating strategic priorities into action, and ensuring we stay true to our mission, values, and culture as we scale.
