High-volume well-established practice Sub-specialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology and Otology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients. Candidate Details 5+ to 7 years experience Seniority Level - Executive Management Experience Required - Yes Minimum Education - Doctorate Degree Willingness to Travel - Occasionally Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) at client is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care, education, and clinical excellence. This individual will lead a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network.
