Cheshire Medical Center , a member of the Dartmouth Health system, is seeking a dynamic and collaborative physician leader to serve as Department Chief of Anesthesiology . This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of clinicians and staff while maintaining an active clinical practice and shaping the future of care delivery in our vibrant, community-focused hospital. As Department Chief, you’ll guide strategic direction, support provider development, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Chair of Surgical Services and administrative leadership, you'll ensure alignment with institutional goals while advancing clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient-centered care.
