The Community Chief Nursing Officer (CCNO) is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operations of Nursing and Patient Care Services. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from neonate to geriatric. Maintains and participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities. The CCNO is responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a just culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience.
