About The Position

To ensure that the highest level of patient care possible is provided in a cost-effective manner. To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and staff development. To keep informed of nursing care trends, new technology, and related development.

Requirements

• CA RN License and Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• 5 years progressively responsible experience in nursing management preferred.
• MAB certificate (90 days upon hire)
• Possessed the physical abilities, including heavy lifting, and perceptive acuity, e.g., visual, hearing, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions.
