As CNO, you'll oversee operations of key areas including but not limited to: Inpatient, Surgical, Obstetrics, and Emergency services. From strategic planning to day-to-day operations, your leadership will shape a culture of continuous improvement and best practices. This is a hands-on role where your expertise and vision will directly impact patient outcomes and staff development. We're seeking a seasoned nursing leader with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing, advanced degree or other proven management experience in healthcare, and strong decision-making and communication skills. You'll need a thorough understanding of healthcare operations and a genuine commitment to teamwork and community engagement. Requirements

  • Seasoned nursing leader
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Advanced degree or other proven management experience in healthcare
