Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing nursing teams within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation in a healthcare environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
