About The Position

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Cooper University Health Care plays a pivotal role in shaping nursing practice and patient care services within the organization. Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in nursing/health care management.
• Minimum of 2 years at the senior nursing leadership level or Associate CNO level.
• Strong knowledge of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) leadership competencies.
• Master's degree in nursing required; Doctorate degree in nursing preferred.
• Current NJ-RN license.
• Certification in nursing administration desirable.
