About The Position

Lifepoint Health is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) for Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital located in Somerset, Kentucky. We are looking for Nurse Leaders eager to advance their careers toward the CNO level and beyond. Program Focus: Enhance leadership and business management abilities through hands-on assignments, job rotations, instructor-led courses, and distance learning Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes, complexities, and service lines, including rotations at our Support Center Take on a leadership role within the hospital, managing a group of departments The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will play an integral role in the hospital's decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s mission, while staying informed on clinical healthcare changes that may impact its success Lifepoint Health is a leader in community-based care and driven by a mission of Making Communities Healthier. Requirements

  • Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports.
  • Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure
  • Master’s degree in business, nursing, or related field.
