About The Position
The Chief Nursing and Quality Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team at Mena Regional Health System (MRHS). This position provides strategic leadership for all nursing services and oversees the organization’s quality, compliance, and performance improvement efforts. As a dual-role leader in a Critical Access Hospital, the CNO/QM Officer will ensure high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will also serve as an active community partner, representing MRHS on local boards and engaging in civic and health-related initiatives.
