About The Position
The Chief Meteorologist at KSBW 8 (NBC) / Central Coast ABC / Estrella TV Costa Central is responsible for delivering accurate and relatable weather forecasts while managing a team of meteorologists. This role requires a strong understanding of weather science, the ability to communicate effectively with various media teams, and the use of advanced technology to present compelling weather stories. The Chief Meteorologist plays a crucial role in the news management team and reports directly to the News Director.
