Position We’re seeking a Chief Medical Officer who embodies both clinical excellence and visionary leadership . Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (multi-state preferred).
  • 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 in a leadership or medical director capacity.
  • Strong understanding of concierge and membership-based care models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a consumer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-growth, innovation-driven setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Marquis MD medical operations, ensuring consistency, safety, and excellence in patient care.
  • Mentor and develop physicians, reinforcing an expectation of personalized, unhurried, relationship-based medicine.
  • Maintain a limited patient panel to stay connected to the member experience and lead by example.
  • Lead peer review, clinical rounds, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Evolve protocols and wellness pathways that reflect the latest in preventive, diagnostic, and regenerative care.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align clinical operations with Marquis MD’s growth strategy, ensuring an uncompromised experience.
  • Build and nurture a unified, patient-obsessed culture — one team, one vision — where every physician and staff member operates with shared purpose and clarity.
  • Reinforce consumer-centric thinking in all aspects of care delivery, ensuring we meet patients where they are — geographically, emotionally, and medically.
  • Champion a service ethos that anticipates needs rather than reacts to them, leveraging technology and predictive data to deliver proactive, personalized care.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to synchronize clinical quality with brand integrity and patient experience metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing concierge and direct-care models.
  • Oversee documentation standards, HIPAA adherence, and quality benchmarking.
  • Track clinical KPIs tied to outcomes, member satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor physicians who share Marquis MD’s philosophy of relationship-based medicine and consumer centricity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mutual respect across the clinical team.
  • Lead ongoing education and development to sustain a best-in-class care environment.
  • Serve as the clinical face of Marquis MD — representing our practice in the community, in partnerships, and in thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create physician-driven content that empowers patients and builds the brand’s voice in modern wellness and longevity.
