About The Position
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Chief Medical Officer/Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA! Position Highlights: Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week; anticipating 50% administrative time & 50% patient-facing time seeing on average 18-20 patients per day in a full patient care day Full supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs Competitive Salary: starting around $300,000+ based on experience with additional quality & productivity incentives EHR: Ochin Epic Benefits: Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
- 1-3 years of clinical leadership experience
