Requirements

MD or DO with active SC license and board eligibility
5+ years of clinical experience, 1+ years in healthcare leadership
Familiarity with FQHC operations, Medicaid/Medicare billing, and quality benchmarks
In good standing with NPDB; no history of sanctions or billing issues
Strong background in mentoring, compliance, and team development
Mission-driven and equity-focused
Natural leaders who are confident, compassionate, and collaborative
Strategic thinkers who are ready to innovate and leave a lasting impact

Nice To Haves

Family Medicine preferred
MPH or MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to medical providers and teams
Lead quality improvement, credentialing, and risk management efforts
Ensure consistency in care delivery, compliance, and patient satisfaction
Deliver direct patient care and support clinical innovation
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align care with organizational strategy
