Chief Manager - Capital ProjectsJob Description BUSINESS: Piramal Pharma Solutions DEPARTMENT: Projects LOCATION: Kurla, Mumbai BAND: 3 TRAVEL: High SHIFT: General Shift JOB OVERVIEW: - A versatile and resourceful engineering project manager with Specialization in Injectable Process Equipment's with Aseptic Isolator for Pharma Formulation - This position will provide opportunities to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects with diverse technologies and job responsibilities. The successful candidate will enjoy lead project roles with opportunities to exercise and further develop well-rounded skills in engineering project management and project engineering design. This person will interact directly with internal stakeholders and direct/coordinate internal and external resources to execute technically complex projects, with broad responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships and project performance
Requirements
- 12-15 years of professional experience Specialization in Capital Projects design and Execution Injectable Project with key factor knowledge of Process Equipment's with Aseptic Isolator for Pharma Formulation
- Hands on experience in leading & implementing capital projects in pharmaceutical company
- Teamwork skills & Good communication skills
- Able to manage meetings, take ownership of task, communicate right information, reaching to right solution.
- Good Engineering skills along with basic computer.
- Risk-taking capability and ready to learn new things by new challenges
- Good Knowledge of Design and Execution of formulation facilities of various dosage forms with proficiency on Injectable Process Equipment’s, process piping, formulation facility infra and its integration with the Core Equipment’s
- Must have been design and executed the Aseptic Isolator based projects greenfield or brownfield.
- Must have details knowledge about integrations of the Equipment's and co-ordination with the Equipment Vendors. Knowledge of Vial Filling line, Lyophilizers.
- Keen knowledge about Formulation Utility Equipment’s, Utility Piping, Clean Utilities, Infrastructure requirements.
- Basic HVAC requirements for pharma facilities
- Mechanical works like structural work, piping etc
- Knowledge of Tendering and procurement assistance
- Construction supervision & monitoring.
- Co-ordination with the Design Engineering Firms and Construction Management Firms
- Monitoring and adhering to schedule and Budget of Projects
- Ability to generate high level Engineering deliverables as needed.
- Basic Knowledge and understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements for various pharmaceutical formulation product facilities
- Global experience (USA , UK, Europe) in execution of similar projects would be added advantage
- Experience working with project controls tools to manage cost and schedule.
- Works collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and wins support from co-workers.
- Ability to plan and supervise the development of technical deliverables.
- Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering with specialization Mechanical/ Electrical or instrumentationFull time
