About The Position
The Kansas City Residence Inn is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Chief Engineer to take the lead at our vibrant 152-room property. As Chief Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind our engineering operations—keeping everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while creating a top-tier experience for guests and associates alike. The Chief Engineer will be tasked with managing the engineering department and supervising maintenance operations while exhibiting leadership, integrity, initiative, composure, decision making skills, flexibility and adaptability in relation to business needs and crisis.
