The position involves conducting all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws such as OSHA and ADA. The individual will be available for maintenance emergencies 24/7 unless ill or on time off. Responsibilities include keeping MSDS sheets current, maintaining knowledge of laws and regulations regarding hazardous materials, and assuming additional duties as delegated by the Business Manager. The role requires attending meetings, maintaining a preventative maintenance program, reviewing utility invoices, inspecting properties, and ensuring safe occupancy. The individual will also monitor equipment, make recommendations for improvements, and maintain relationships with tenants.
