What You Will Do: Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems—basically, be the hotel’s MVP when things go sideways. Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years in engineering: You’ve seen it all—leaks, locks, and line voltage—and know how to fix it fast. Proven leadership skills: You can coach a team with confidence and hold folks accountable with heart. Budget & P&L experience: You know the numbers behind R&M and labor—and why they matter. Knowledge of safety codes. Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday, you don’t shy away from screens and systems. Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays—you’re ready when duty calls. What Atrium Leadership Looks Like: Accountable Achiever: You do what you say and follow through. Agile Thinker: You adapt, solve, and innovate—even when it gets tough.
