The Chief Litigation Officer for Diabetes MiniMed will report directly to the General Counsel and lead the organization's litigation strategy, ensuring alignment with Medtronic's mission to transform diabetes care. This critical leadership role will oversee complex litigation matters, provide strategic legal counsel, and protect the company's rights and reputation in a highly regulated medical device industry. The Chief Litigation Officer will play a pivotal role in mitigating risk, driving compliance, and influencing business decisions across the Diabetes MiniMed organization. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This role requires you to work on-site at our Northridge, CA office at least 3 days per week.
