About The Position

This role is a high-impact, strategic leadership position designed for a builder and operator who thrives on creating leverage across teams, systems, and business outcomes. You will serve as the operational architect for a fast-scaling portfolio of companies, transforming internal processes and support functions into high-leverage, AI-enabled systems. Your work will accelerate company launches, optimize team performance, and act as a force multiplier for executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a founder mindset, analytical rigor, and a talent for designing scalable operational frameworks. It requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to turn complex systems into compounding engines of growth. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-trust, and results-driven environment with the potential to shape the trajectory of multiple ventures simultaneously.

Requirements

  • STEM degree (Engineering, CS, OR, Physics, Math) and experience at top firms in strategy, investment banking, private equity, or growth roles.
  • Proven executive operational experience in Chief of Staff, BizOps, or similar roles managing multiple teams at high-growth companies.
  • Strong background in D2C performance marketing, with a first-principles understanding of metrics such as CAC, LTV, and scaling levers.
  • Founder mentality or early-stage operator experience, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and resourcefulness.
  • Strategic and discerning mindset, able to separate signal from noise and advise on high-consequence decisions.
  • Systems thinking and product mindset with experience designing and implementing scalable systems, AI-enabled tools, and automated processes.
  • Prior experience in startups or small companies (≤250 employees, ≤Series C) and comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and high stakes.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive compounding impact across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational engine by leading non-growth teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, People, Operations) and transforming them into AI-enabled, high-leverage systems.
  • Enable rapid company launches by building internal infrastructure, automation, and operational processes that reduce friction and increase speed for growth teams.
  • Act as a CEO force multiplier by managing high-impact special projects, serving as proxy in operational decisions, and leveraging automation to optimize executive focus.
  • Identify leverage points across systems and teams, continuously improving operational efficiency and compounding output.
  • Ensure alignment and integration between all operational units to support scalable business growth.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, providing data-driven insights and guidance on key operational, financial, and growth initiatives.
