About The Position
The Chief Investment and Impact Officer (CIIO) at Partners for the Common Good is a senior leadership role responsible for maximizing impact and ensuring financial sustainability across the organization. The CIIO will oversee the development, impact, and marketing teams, leading fundraising efforts and managing relationships with institutional funders and mission-aligned partners. This position plays a critical role in advancing economic justice and racial equity through strategic planning, fundraising, impact measurement, and marketing initiatives.
