Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise security programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and execution of the enterprise security program.
• Lead a cross-functional team in Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Security Operations.
• Define reference architectures and governance principles aligned to security standards.
• Build and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage incident readiness.
• Develop and publish clear policies and governance procedures.
• Lead and grow a high-performing security organization.
