  • Proven track record of leading successful security organizations in complex financial or technology environments.
  • Deep expertise in building and executing modern security programs across cloud, infrastructure, and software security domains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, build, and scale a best-in-class security organization.
  • Instill a security-first mindset across all business functions.
  • Assess and define current and future security needs — covering cloud, infrastructure, application security, and evolving threats.
  • Oversee security assessments, audits, compliance, and regulatory activities.
  • Champion secure application and infrastructure practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Manage strategic relationships with security vendors and partners.
  • Communicate complex security risks, priorities, and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Balance reactive and proactive security strategies with informed risk prioritization.
  • Drive cultural change, mentor talent, and foster collaboration across teams.
