About The Position
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for leading and managing all technological initiatives within Seattle Bank. This includes ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of all data and systems, overseeing IT infrastructure, and driving strategic technological planning aligned with the Bank’s long-term goals. The CIO will provide leadership in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote efficiency, integration, and innovation across the organization, both for internal operations and client services. The CIO will also serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Management Team, advising on the technological impact of business decisions and ensuring robust cybersecurity programs to protect client, partner, and employee information.
