About The Position
The Chief Impact Officer (CIO) at College Now will lead a newly established Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on enhancing college access and success for underrepresented students. This role involves collaborating with internal and external leaders to design, implement, and evaluate innovative programs and strategies aimed at improving educational outcomes. The CIO will oversee a team of four and will be responsible for integrating best practices, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while reporting directly to the CEO.
